New packing for polishing compounds

Due to the different preferences of the users of polishing pastes, we have a proposal of new, convenient packaging for the S07 HEAVY CUT and S08 INDUSTRIAL FORCE CUT polishing paste. Until now, these two pastes have been sold in buckets. Now they will also be available in bottles with a pull / push cork. The contents of the packages are identical amount 1 kg for buckets and bottles . Both products have been designed for shipyards and laminate processing plants.

The S1 PREMIUM polishing compound will be available in a 100g bottle. This amount is ideal for those who would like to test Sea-Line paste or have a small touch-up to polish. It is a product intended primarily for those who do not have experience, but would like to polish their boat safely and independently.

Answers to frequently asked questions

Yes, you can mix Sea-Line polyurethane paints. The only difference are the pigments of polyurethane paints that determine the color of the paint. But remember to keep the right proportions of base, hardener and thinner.

Incorrect proportion of base and herdener,
Too low temperature of ambient and surface (less than 10ﹾC),
Mixing two components from two different manufacturers,

How to prevent

Apply the correct proportions of components
Maintain steady temperature (around 20ﹾC) during the whole hardening process,
Use base and hardener from the same manufacturer

How to remove

The uncured mass requires complete removal from the surface.

Possible causes

No thinning, wrong thinner or wrong amount of thinner
Wrong type of roll or brush (wrong bristle lenght)
Applying too much or too Little paint,
During painting process temperature was too high or the air was too dry,
Incorrect preparation of too porous surface,
Incorrect proportion of thinner.

How to prevent

Use a brush/Toller suited to the type of surface or paint,
Use thinner which is dedicated to the type of application and paints
Use thinning proportions which was indicated by manufacturer,
Paint in right atmosphere conditions indicated by manufacturer,

Grind, clean and paint again.
