  • Small repair caused by the action of osmosis.
  • Healed minor damage, small cracks and scratches.
  • Easy to mix and application.
  • Cans contain a volume of components where is left place for mixing components.
  • The advantage of this filler is convenient, relatively short curing time.
  • 40 minutes – pot life 20°C
  • 15 hours – hard for sanding 20°C
  • 2:1 – mixing by volume
  • 100:50 – mixing by weight
  • The previous layer: epoxy primer Sea-Line, two-component paints.
  • The next layer: epoxy Primers, 1K universal yachtprimer , antifouling paints.

    Is it necessary to always sand the surface between application of two different products?

    We recommend to always sand the surface between applying two different products to ensure uniform surface roughness and adhesion of subsequent layers. The sanded surface should also be cleaned and degreased.

    Can I use yacht paints for a drinking water tank?

    Sea-Line yacht paints are designed for painting the surface of boats and yachts made of various materials, e.g. laminate, wood or steel. We do not have a certificate of the National Institute of Hygiene, which would allow the use of yacht paint to paint the tank with drinking water.

    Why are the streaks formed?

    Possible causes

    • Wrong viscosity and spraying technique,
    • Failure to maintain proper evaporation time and thickness of layers,
    • Incorrect spraying pressure,
    • Too low temperature of varnish, surface or space ,
    • Wrong thinner or hardener.

    How to prevent

    • Apply the right type of application method indicated by manufacturer,
    • Use working spray guns,
    • Both the object and material must have room temperature of 20ﹾC,
    • Apply correct proportion of base and hardener.
