Single-sided polishing head (∅200)

One-sided heads from the Long Life series are made of 100% premium natural sheep wool. They are characterized by high wear resistance – this means that the pad is more efficient than traditional furs, which means it can be used longer without the need for replacement.

They do not discolor – the product is resistant to discoloration, which means it will not leave stains on polished surfaces. Twisted strands – ensure consistent work across the entire surface without the risk of surface damage. Larger diameter and maximized fiber density – this product provides a larger polishing surface and optimal performance. Flexible base and soft rounded edges – facilitate work on highly profiled surfaces.

    Why does the paint have no adhesion?

    Possible causes

    • Wrong surface preparation,
    • Skipping the primer in the system application process,

    • Apply the right type of application method indicated by manufacturer,
    • Use working spray guns,
    • Both the object and material must have room temperature of 20ﹾC,
    • Apply correct proportion of base and hardener.

    • Too thin layer of antifouling paint,

    How to prevent

    • Apply the right layer thickness of paint indicated by manufacturer,
    • Choose antifouling dedicated to type of boat or yacht and suitable for the type of water,
    • Do not thin antifouling because of the risk of reducing effectiveness,
    • Careful surface preparations (grinding, clearing, degreasing),

    How to remove

    • Wet grinding, apply new layers of antifouling paint.
    • Use C1 shell and fouling remover.
