Polishing applicators

The type of polishing applicator determines the efficiency of removal of defects. Depending on your needs we offer wool lamb and sponges in different hardness. Color of the sponge means hardest of sponge. Black is the most hard and white is the most soft polishing sponge. For fast refresh gelcoat or painted surfaces or freshness color, please use lamb’s wool or average hard sponge. Using the head of lambs wool use a rotary machine. While using the sponge applicators use polishing orbit machine (eccentric).

WOOL APPLICATORS :

DOUBLE SIDE WOOL SEA-LINE

Double-sided polishing wool is made from 100% natural wool. Ideal for removing scratches and mates on large surfaces. This is ideal tool for polishing gelcoats, PU topcoats and lacquers.

The diameter of the applicator – 220 mm, supplied complete with mounting adapter polishing machine.

ONE SIDE WOOL SEA-LINE BRAYT

One side polishing wool made from 100% natural wool. Ideal for removing scratches and mates on large surfaces. This is ideal tool for polishing gelcoats, PU topcoats and lacquers.

POLISHING CONE (80mm)

Designed for polishing hard to reach places, the corners, edge, etc. made from 100% natural wool. Ideal for removing scratches and mates on large surfaces. This is ideal tool for polishing gelcoats, PU topcoats and lacquers.

POLISHING FOAM “PROFI” WHITE

Backing plate with elastic and soft divider,  designed to polishing  surface with lots of overpress. Available in one size matching for head with diameter of 150 mm.
