USE:

Renewal of any color with small mechanical damages and small scratches
Discoloration, yellowing and dull removal
Renewing the surface of hatches, window fairings, etc. made of plexi, polycarbonates

SURFACE:

Gelcoat (laminate),varnishes and paints in any color, plexi, polycarbonates

EFECT:

A crystal clear, perfect finish

Practical advice:

Do not push polishing machine to surface
For the beginning do not apply too much polishing compound, grain should be ground completely during polishing process
Apply more polishing compound only when it is necessary, you will save material used to polishing process

Yes, you can paint the bottom of the boat with polyurethane paint due to its high mechanical strength. We recommend this solution when the boat is not launched for a long time and is not exposed to fouling.

Possible causes

Wrong surface preparation,
Skipping the primer in the system application process,
Use of universal thinners or replacements ,
Paint incompatibility.

How to prevent

Correct surface preparation (grinding, clearing, degreasing),
Use primers which improve adhesion of paints,
Use thinners which are dedicated to each paints,
Use of paints which are compatible to each other.

How to remove

Grind, clean and paint again.

We recommend to always sand the surface between applying two different products to ensure uniform surface roughness and adhesion of subsequent layers. The sanded surface should also be cleaned and degreased.
